Default I got the same wheels

I just recently bought the same wheels your buddy is looking at. I get alot of compliments on them, My offset is 35 in front and 45 in back. The front comes flush with the fender.

Do you think the offset on the rears is a little to low?

I think i can go with +28 offset rear without rolling or shaving, here is the picture:
Imagine trying to fold back the lip like a piece of paper. You've got to cut a piece at a time, but when you fold it back, it deforms the fender - not good. Plus, you get cracked paint.
