When the rumbling is happening check to see what your RPMs are at. When I get the occasional rumble the car's running at 500 rpms, which will cause a shake.

Hey Eman,
I had the same problem with my GS430, and I thought the same I'm driving a Lexus it shouldn't be doing this right? Well the local (stealership) I mean dealership told me that the rumble is normal for all GS430's which I thought was odd......but since I'm not the only experiencing this I guess it would be normal.
I don't know, but since it's been so freaking hot here the last couple of days, I've left the A/C on! Hope that helps....
