Call your local Lexus dealership and see who does their work. Then go there

first thing, get an estimate from the place that sold, installed and painted your aftermarket bumper and see how much it would be for another aftermarket bumper.....also get a seperate estimate from them for installing and painting a stock bumper...
also, get an estimate from the lexus dealership and see how much they will charge for replacing your aftermarket bumper with a stock bumper....
second, call your insurance company and ask them if they will replace your aftermarket bumper....
if your insurance company says yes that they will replace your aftermarket bumper, ask them what they will need...they will more than likely want an estimate for the price of replacing the aftermarket bumper...if this is the case, you have that estimate already and you can fax it to them....ask them what is the process for replacing the bumper (i.e. will they send you the check and then you cash it and get it fixed? etc.)
if your insurance company says no that they will NOT replace your aftermarket bumper, tell them that you want to replace your bumper with a new one, and confirm that they will pay for the replacement....if they say that they will pay for the new stock bumper, ask them what they need...they will also want an estimate, which in this case you already have...be sure to give them the lexus dealership estimate..........important ====> ask them if they can send you the money that it costs to replace the stock bumper.....this may be enough to then go and buy your aftermarket bumper...if not, you may have to pay for the difference.....if for some reason they want two estimates for replacing your stock bumper, go get another estimate at another lexus dealership....
hope this helps....
HOWEVER, if the crack is small, it may be worth your while to repair it, this will be cheaper (as you will have to pay a deductible for replacing your bumper) and your insurance rates will go up. go to the place where your aftermarket bumper was installed and ask them how much to repair it, you may be surprised....
when you get all the estimates let us know what they were quoting you...good luck!
