hey chuck what wheel tire and hex combo is that on your savage x ?? are they 40 series tires ?
hey bro. they are 17mm hubs with hellfire rims and regular size proline crimefighter tires, not 40s. however, I've recently switched to the Jammin truggy wheels, which have about an inch lower offset, so they make the truck wider and it handles more stable.
notice how far in the wheel nut is on these rims. if you want a part number, let me know
It can happen. A good friend of mine is CHP and I met with him one late night while he was on his beat. I did about 6 passes with my previous Yokomo GT-4 Pro O.S. .15 powered w/'super' ported head (local shop did it). Fastest he could clock the car at was 104mph, yeeeah!
Now I have a 1/8 scale Serpent 960 powered by a Mega ZX12 DSII motor. Haven't clocked it yet but I'm sure it will do 100.
