Without Emblems on GS430 Get No Respect!
After about the sixth time my dealer repainted my GS430 Spoiler and Trunk they forgot to put all Emblems back on the Trunk! At first I did not notice it. But after old Volvo's and Chevy's tried to challenge me I new something was up. When the dealer put them back on I became king of the road again. So moral of this story is if you want to get challenged by everyone on the road remove all of the Emblems on the trunk of your GS430.

ceo,
i know what you mean man:eek: ...this is my philosophy:
if you want more peace and quiet on the road, have the 430 emblem on. or, if you really want to see soo many surprised and smoked face, take off the emblem, and dust off those who challenge you at your leisure.
on the german autobahn, many v-8, v-12 and other muscley(not sure if this is a word) sports car purposely take off all their badges, and for those untrained eyes who want a piece of the action, they usually get waayyy too much dust in their face as the fast one passes them.
one time my old high school buddy and i were in his pony car F355 just leisurely crusing on the freeway to a club doing 70-75, i was surprised to see countless riced out wannabes tried to challenge us. we did not even bother....

When I said all Emblems I meant it. They did not even put the big center Lexus emblem on the Trunk! People could not even tell from behind that it was a Lexus! Or maybe people thought this was a disguised 2003 Lexus prototype and wanted to see if it had 450 HP

Not really seeing any of that here. I debadged a few weeks ago (left the center logo, tho) but evidently not much street racing in my usual haunts........no obnoxious behavior, or at least, no more than usual.
Maybe it's just cause they see an old guy behind the tint.

Here in The Netherlands people take off the badges so that people can't see how much they have spent on a car.
Got myself in a bit of trouble once becouse i misjudged the engine size in a car but that's a different story.

I'm thinking about changing my GS430 badge to a GS300 badge after I get my Supercharger...
And then I'm going to go and rev up on a M5/E55...hahahha...I'll have to have someone sit in the back seat and take a picture of the M5/E55 driver's face when he reads the GS300 badge!
Of course with my luck, I'll get some guy that has a built up M5/E55! LOL! Hehehhe
