need some info on how to take my tail lights off my GS300. i may be selling them soon. please any input would be nice.

Can't help you directly but here is a tip ..

Give your Lexus parts a call. They can FAX over the tail light page which has all the necessary component shown. The nice thing is that the picture may tell you about components that MUST be replaced.

there are 4 bolts/screws holding the taillamps in.

first, pop ur trunk. now look @ the taillamps and look @ the black plastic piece that is part of the whole piece. u will see TWO plastic tabs there. pop em off and u can take the screws off w/a phillips head screwdriver.

the other 2 are in the back. if u feel/look along the inside, u will see 2 little-bit-bigger-than-quarter-sized plastic covers. u will have to turn them 1/4-1/2 turn w/a flathead screwdriver and they come off. just use an extended ratchet to get em off. or u can use pliers, but u will have to push the black lining in.
