Default Selling my GS whats my best option?

I plan on selling my gs this august. what is my best option to sell, Try to sell it with everything on it.. or part it out?
As much as like the gs its not pratical for me. I dont like to drive it to work, becuase i dont want it getting ruined, so i have a honda accord for work. So i barley drive the gs. Im planning on selling both the GS and the accord, and getting myself a 07 WRX wagon (yeah i know wagon, but i need space for my work tools). I figured the WRX will be my best bet, all wheel drive, decent hp / tq.
Right now my car has:
DSR GRILL
L-TUNED GRILL
TTE LIP
L-TUNED SIDE SKIRTS
RMM REAR BUMPER
BLITZ EXHAUST
SRT INTAKE
VEILSIDE EXEC SPOILER
L-SPORT ROOF SPOILER
CHROME TRUNKBAR
CHROME DOOR HANDLES
JDM WIND VISORS
MOONROOF VISOR
JP FUSA
ALPINE DVD HEAD UNIT
ALPINE CD CHANGER
INFINITY PERFECT 10 SUBS AND BOX
2 ORION AMPS (4 CHANNEL AND MONO)
TEIN CS COILS
TEIN EDFC
20X8.5 / 20X10.0 IFORGED SPRINT W/ TOYO PROXIES
RMM STRUT BAR

Thats all i can think of right now

J

Let me know what you think i should do.

Rok,

Depends on what you want out of the deal, a quick sale or the best return on your investment. You know GS's are a available everywhere up here so selling the car whole may take some time. But with the membership of NELOC GS owners growing daily you'll find plenty of takers if you part out that sexy beast of yours.

I'm sure there are plenty of GS owners drooling over your mods. It's the price that will determine how they sell. As for the GS itself, it will take time to put it back to stock and do you want to go through all of that work again? I myself would try to sell it as is at a fair price including mods. If it didn't move then I would put it back to stock and try to sell the mods..

I see vultures circling j/k

Unless you're in a big rush, have you tried running a for sale here in CL with everything on it?
You might have a taker.

Of course, it's always better to return to stock, just takes time.

Sell everything seperate unless you can find a Clublexus member or a person who is interested in modding to pay over the regular amount for the vehicle. I have always parted out my vehicles it the only way to get some of the money back. You will lose money either way but it is a lot less if you part it out.

Default Part it out!

Most CL members I've known that tried to sell thier GS attempted to sell it as is first and found that most buyers wanted to mod it in a different way and only wanted certain parts to be left on it! I say try to sell it as is and if not part it out back to stock condition and go from there! Only a true modder will appreciate the work you put into your car! Atleast you'll be able to recoup some of the cost from parting it out!
I hate to see a fellow CL member part out his/her car but I guess all good things must come to an end someday! Be safe and good luck JRok!

ha.. it would cost that much to take the stuff off.

What do you guys think i should ask for everything on the car (except the stereo stuff, im gonna keep that)
The car books for like 14-15 i think. what would be a good asking price for the Car AS IS?

Thanks for the help guys

depends... how many miles are on the car?

with all the mods, you can try asking for 17-18k.

you nailed the issue with swapping out the mods prior to sale right on the nose... the cost of removal and replacement with stock parts will also cost some money. If I were you, I'd wait until the right buyer came along and I would sell the car for 18k. Of course I'm saying this with your wallet and peace of mind in consideration but since I really really really really want your l-tuned sides and your roof spoiler... part it out!

jk. do what's best for you man.

You're probably better off parting it out... ... ...and firing you're pricing agent. (just kidding Lexus_Kid )

You have some nice parts that people will likely be interested in. Part it and that way if it turns out you don't sell the car and need to trade it in you'll recoup some of the money they'll try to screw you on. Or, as mentioned earlier, if you can find a buyer that wants it as is that is perfect. I recently chipped my DSR grill so if you decide to part with that let me know. (ha ha)
