Thanks for the reply guys,
I searched and found information on how to fix it but I was just wondering if the damage was severe enough to get it changed at the factory, or just a minor one that I would have to fix it at home. I posted it with the picture so that I could get an opinion from you guys on the severity of the damage. I think I'm just going to bring it to the dealer soon to get it replaced.

Yeah! I've read several posts on this. I always thought that problem of foggy or yellowish headlights was on the exterior. I bought this product off E-bay where the seller claims that it removes haze but was only a waste of time. This was on my previous car and I ended buying a used headlight in much better condition from a salvage yard.

My guess is that the sponge inside designed to trap moisture has become super saturated resulting in the sponge no longer able to soak up the moisture that naturally builds up. I think the hairdryer fix works best because it will dry out the sponge and allow it to do its job once again.
