Default Obsession at its finest....wheel cleaning 101!!

I have to sit back at times and wonder if I have issues........is it just me, or does anyone else actually take their wheels off to clean them?

Issues or not.......they sure are sexy as hell after a nice polishing.

The only reason I haven't done it is because I don't have a heavy duty jack. If I did, i would be right there with you.

You know its funny, I have posted the car up for sale kinda half heartedly twice now. It sits in my garage barley looked at 99% of the time. After pulling it out this weekend....cleaning it up, and driving it a bit......it changes my entire thought process. Im definitely going to keep her around for a bit.....it was kinda that out of site out of mind feelings for a minute, but damn I love this car!! I forgot how enjoyable it is just to spend some time detailing her up.....which brings me back to the obsession!

Its good to hear stuff like that. I have kinda fell off of the forums for a bit, been doing my bike thing this summer more than anything else. The new cats on here probably never hear of me or my car.

Yep, 305/25/20's.....and they dont rub in the slightest, right offsets, fender trimmed.

they are fully polished, inner and outers.....yes, they are a biatch to keep clean. Fortunately I dont drive the car much at all, so they stay clean most of the time. Even at that, they still need to be kept polished at least once a month even if they never leave the garage. They are worth every second of polishing though.

Ever consider trying Klasse AIO (All-in-one) on your wheels? It is an acrylic-based formula that cleans, seals, and protects and can be used on all surfaces, paint, chrome, polished metal, glass, you name it. Two coats have been known to protect for roughly six months. Check it out.

You know it's a hardcore cleaning job when you have to wear a pink helmet to complete the task. Love the wheels.....and the car too! What do you use to polish the wheels?

trust me...google it and read up a bit when you get a chance. Put it this way, I know people who have concourse level vintage vehicles like bugatti's, austin healeys, etc. This product is the only thing they will touch their cars with.
