Default pricing on a gs430, 23,900

Hey got a question what do u guys think about this i just got back from test driving a 02 gs430 with nav, yellow fogs, the works, and the stereo system that has the speaker in the center of the dash, the black 430 emblems everything that i wanted. the color was like a darker version of a mint green, also it has chrom factory wheels.
Its quiet, powerful, he is asking 23900 for it do u think i should get it, or that it might be something wrong with it, i dont really want to do a carfax on it because they have been known to not be acurate. what do ya'll think. the miles 67000 miles

I just foumd out that the place dealers buy majority of their cars are from Manheim in PA. It is the biggest auto auction in USA for dealers, that is where they buy, trade and sell cars. 02 GS430 w/ Nav and ML with 67k miles goes for arround $20k, plus $350 dealer fee, $200 auction fee,

Last June I paid $21,600 for my 01 430 w/ 72K miles. ML but no nav. Blk / Tan. Never looked back.

If that helps.

Seems like a fair price to me. If all checks out, go for it
