just take it back to the shop after they settle and if they are halfway cool they should adjust them for you....just pay attention next time!...lol
One way to tell: get a tape measure and measure from bottom of the fender lip straight down to the center of each wheel. Write all four measurements down and keep them somewhere. Wait about a month or so and measure again. If they have all dropped some more and it's down too far for you, you will know by how much.

what brand spacers did you use? and does it matter? i dont know enough about spacers to just go out and buy the right ones. would i still need spacers if i get rims?

If you want a lifetime warranty, hard but not too harsh handling, low but not tucked/ slammed look get the Bilsteins. I believe they are also significantly less expensive than the Teins by several hundred dollars.....

yea i do get scrapes.. infact the way the tanabe is designed the fkange in the rear is the lowest part and that has been shavweddown and pulled apart at some point and i have an exhaust leak at the flange.. but i'm gonna get it redone after the cat back to the tanabe mufflers to remove the first resonator anyway.. and have new flanges made
