. Haha just kidding.I actually do not know how they do it. I'd think that you would have repaint the fender after it though. There was a thread on here awhile back about it. I'll try and search for it.

if a 18x10+22 doesn't stick out on a rear of 2nd gs.........a 18x11+22 shouldn't stick out more than a inch.....
I believe since your car is high, it looks odd.
here is a few pics to help you determine that a nice pull on the fender is all you should need
of course, along with, lower stance than what it is now,stretch tire and some camber.
