Jason, you have any experience with the MAP ECU II? Do they just suck or what?
I won't have any comment on the MAP ECU but I refused to use it. AEM is the way to go. The 1050 box is your friend . You can defenitely pull a 800whp+ with this set up.
BTW: We can slap a T6 frame Turbo on this bad boy and call it a day. Wicked...

Here's the fitment of the main box, use your imagination for the other 3. Again, there will be a total of at least 4 main sections to the stereo system in the trunk. When I say 'at least', we are also looking into maybe plexiglassing a portion of the box.

Still trying to figure out the configuration, but this is the second portion. Remember, the entire trunk will be fiberglassed!

And I still think you need that GT47-88 to push these things .

Default I must say this has been a very impressive build congrats->

However, I have to agree with JPI on the GT47 and the AEM or a Tec3. But I have to give you credit for pushing the envelop further, for all the Lexus GS drivers. I hope in the future I see more builds like this from other GS owners.
Later, Jose

HAHHAHA!

Seriously, thanks to everyone with suggestions and or comments. I have had high hopes for this projects and with the progress we have made so far, I am completely satisfied even thought it's taken almost a year and still on going. We have tried to stay away from all the 'ricey' parts and tried to keep this project as classy as we can. Essentially what I was aiming for was for speed and show, I have reached my goal....when it's finally done.

usually when mounting amps to metal, you have to be careful not to create a ground loop...the stereo will wine louder than your turbo spooling.

It would nice to see a car like this pushing 1200whp. Like I told you, If you could find me a nice second gen GS. I will pull the engine out of the race car and put it in
