As for the rims, they are partially sponsored, couldn't really turn them down for the price that was offered to me for putting them on the car. Let's just put it this way, if I didn't like them, I can at very least double my inventment within a couple of days. So as far rim selection, I am happy with where I am now.

this is gonna turn out to be a real beast!!! I love seeing what looks to be a "spare little expense" type vehicle come togehter like this. For one, I know those TOM's susp parts are NOT CHEAP!

Question, I know it adds some weight, but are you considering lining your interior for sound damping/vibration, even the engine bay for heat possibly? Just a thought.

I have not thought about applying dynomat as of right now. I guess if I wanted to, it would be easier to apply at this point of the build. I actually have rolls and rolls of dynomat sitting in my stock room collecting dust, might just be a good idea. Thanks for making my decisions HARDER!! haha!

As for 'spare little expense', here's an approximate idea on whats been spent, some are close to retail prices, so take it for what it's worth since I don't want to disclose wholesale cost or my 'hookup' cost -

JDM '99 Aristo front clip w/ 5 spd auto w/ 27,000km - $5200
Paint (base, pearl, clear, other materials) - $1700
Front Rotora 6 piston kit - $3000
Rear Rotora 4 piston kit - $2000
VIS CF hood - $500
Lowenhart LSR - $1600ish per wheel
Tires - $300ish per wheel
Wald Sportline kit - $1600
Koyo Radiator - $400
Full interior overhaul -
Seats = $1600
Other = $1000
Power Enterprise hoses, belts, etc - $700
Alpine (deck, subs, mids/highs, amps) - $3000
Suspension
Wing
Apexi grounding kit
USDM Supra twins
ARC BOV kit
FMIC
Exhaust

There's plenty more $ that has been or will be spent.

Understand also that there are NO labor included in any of the above prices.....I am beginning to get a little light headed, with a project like this, it's hard for $$$ not to add up.

Dont get me wrong man, I never ask people what they pay for things. I believe it to be a little rude in most cases. I was just pointing out that I like the quality of parts you are using to put this machine together.

Sorry about throwing the whole dynomat monkeywrench in your game plan...lol I saw that bare interior and my instincts just took over! I just thought with all the ponies you're gonna have it might make it more of a possbile daily driver for you. THAT would be even more intense.

I have been on and off this forum for sometime, prior to my GS, I had a 95 SC300. After spending sometime here since I started my GS project, I have noticed a lot of Floridians here on this site. Pretty cool in my books!! After the car's said and done with, I will be attending every show possible, so I am sure everyone will see the car at some point in time.
