GS400 (3.266) Rear on SC300 (4.27)?

I have the rear diff from gs300 (3.92 gears) in my GS 400 and I just bolted the whole thing in there didn't have to modifiy anything. I now have a sc300 diff sittin in the garage and it looks exactly the same as my GS400 diff and from what I hear they all fit in each car. I also have a gs400 diff with 73k miles on it avalible if you need one.
you still have that rear end with 3.26 gaer ratio?
