I def. love the styling of the 2nd Gen better than the 3rd. But we're all stuck with seeing the 3rd for at least 5 more years.

and then....4th gen. here I come

Default '07 Gs350.

Guys,
Go to your local dealer and drive the '07 GS350. Yes, they are here now!!! Can be ordered in AWD too.
You will fall in love. IMO, they should have put that engine in the thing from the get go. 61 more horses than the '06 GS300. A couple of our service writers are pissed because they got an '06 GS300. I'd be too. LOL

I'd rather have my 2nd gen with the interior and 6sp trans of the 3rd gen. the 400hp GS460 motor wouldn't hurt either.

ROFL regarding the Camery comments. I loved the fact that Lexus changed up the body style for the 3rd generation (and not doing small annoying changes like some other companies) but was not pleased with the results. I mean at the end of the day it is a Lexus and a very nice luxurious car (and I'm not ******* just my opinion) but they could of done alot better re-designing the car. I do mistake them for Maximas or Camerys sometimes when I see them around town. But with a little VIP touch they 'could' look at home with the 'L' emblem.

Congrats on the new car by the way!

Nope, Henry. I haven't jumped ship yet. This was just a loaner that I had for a few days while the dealership was busy curbing my wheels.

I was in the market for a car and initially planned to get the Acura TL, but changed my mind after I test drove the 3GS300. I loved the 3GS, but the 43K sticker was a little bit steep for me, plus I heard that the GS350 is coming... I ended up getting a loaded 2GS430 for about half the price. It's a happy ending for me, I'm getting more power for less

The 3rd gen has really been growing on me. I think there is alot of potential and hopefully more and more kits will be introduced
