I am in the same boat. My car was from Canada originally. Someone did the conversion on the speedometer and odometer, but the climate control is another matter. I was told by Lexus that converting it was not possible. I was told that the climate control display was the same unit for both types and the difference was in the unit that the climate control unit hooks up to. I would love to convert, but so far, I haven't found anyone who has any clue how to do this.

As I remember, and I don't know who I was talking to about this, the part was referred to as the Climate Control Amplifier. It was supposed to be located on the passenger side foot well?
