I think the grill should try to flow with the front end you have. I think you have the TTe lip right? If so I always thought the slatted dsr grill that I have flowed best with that combo. The l-tuned grill matches perfect aswell. The jp matches the inner slatted lines of the oem bumper so it flows aswell. I thought about the JP grill but after a photoshop I decided not to do it. I just loved the dsr grill cuz it has that thick upper slat that flows with a lot of after market bumper's thicker lower portion lip, like the TTE lip has that has that thick lower lip. So its thick top of grill than thinner lines of grill to thin lines of oem bumper to thick lower lip of TTE. This pic tells the story

I chose it for mine cuz of the same thick upper slat that flows with my thick lower portion of the Wise front. Than the thin lines in the grill with the thin lines of the intercooler. Keeps it agressive looking.

It also looks great with the RMM bumper as GS Wanted did this combo and it looks hot.

you didn't read it wrong, all jp stuff are expensive. the grille is no exception. everyone of them is hand made. i have it so i know.

btw, it looks stock?! stock grille has vertical slats, the jp is horizontal, i think that's very different

But hey, I was always thinking why Es330 has the same grill like Jp Gs'///
Toyota should have it made as an option so we can get it for cheaper...

Wow im the only one voted for the Fabulous grill. I think its one of the most aggressive grill for the Aristo. Since it has the same slanted bars as the stock. It looks especially bad *** on black. Ill post pics soon when I get the FAB emblem to compliment it.

Hey bluelex, know what headlights those are in the picture? Is it retro-fitted or are they manufactured?

They are a retro fit. I'm not sure where Cody(silver gs) got his done or if he did them himself but I got mine done by a formal vendor here on CL who is no longer an approved vendor. You can still find these on ebay, maybe not retro'd but the lights themselves. Some guys have done ls430 retros and even bmw x3 retros. I decided to go for the look and do the Q45 retro with the m3 projector high beam retro aswell.

Yea I've been feeling that Q45 retro for a while. Once I do some mods to the interior I'm gonna hook up my lights like that. How much did you pay to have that done? Did you provide all the parts yourself or did you just pay for everything?

I bought the q45's of another member used and got all the other parts and labor from this long gone vendor. I think I got $1100.00 or $1200.00 total into it with shipping. I think.

Wow I just noticed how hot bluelex's car is. I never saw pix other than the one in the sig before. If your car is ever missing and you find a black on black '01 it's cause we traded without your permission. Nah j/k. Very nice car though, very tasteful mods. Did you get all the parts under the hood custom painted?
