Unhappy A/C Problem. Help Please!

Hey guys. My A/C compressor went out about a month a go. I replaced the compressor and the dryer. The Expantion Valve was good to use agian. I then had the lines cleaned and refiled. Over the past month my A/C on the passanger side will blow warm air? Even if it is not turned on duel it still blows warm air. This does not happen all the time. It seems if Im in my car and Im on the freeway the passenger side will start to blow cold but this can take up to 20 min. My drivers side still blows cold air like it always has so Im stuck. What can this be?

Oh yeah 1998 GS300. lol

Sounds like your a/c is working fine, but has electrical problems due to the duel climate control feature.

I know my A/c is working fine. I dont think it is the switch. It blows hot air no matter what if its on duel or not. I think there is a door or somthing that is getting stuck or a motor that is going out.

Nope have not figured it out yet. It only happens every so often. I sit in the drivers seat so its not that big of deal at this point with it getting cold and all. But some days here are still 90 so the girl gets a little upset!!!! Should have taken the G35 lol. All I know is it gonna be a pain in the butt to fix. I think one of the door motors for the duel A/C is getting stuck. And to get to that on the passenger side is gonna be a pain in the butt.

I cant be low on freon. My A/c compressor blew up and I just replaced it with a new unit. The expansion valve was fine so I just did the dryer and the compressor. About two weeks after I did it that's when the passenger side started to blow hot. But only once in a great while. I did do all the work but I had a shop clean and vacuum the system then recharge it.
