Default Belt noise in the morning

Has anyone used belt dressing like Pyroil Belt Dressing by Valvoline?
I have 60k on the car and the belt still looks good.
It just make high pitch noise when cold or not hot actually.
So the noise was gone during summer, and it came back now this morning.
It's not that loud and goes away when the car warms up.
I'm wondering if the belt dressing can get rid of the noise for a while.

I wouldn't mess with the dressing, just get a new belt. there is also a chance it's the bearing in the tensioner.

either it sounds like you need to change belts, belt/pulley tensioner, and check your pulleys see wheres its mainly comming from, but im pretty sure its a belt, when your engine warms up the belt is loosen abit from nthe pulley or where its not making noise
