did you buy the car with the kit on it? if not you must have had someone fit it on and do the body work/paint...they will be able to fix this for you...if not, just find any reputable shop..if its fiberglass it has to be patched and that area has to be repainted and blended in (possibly)..theres not much fixing you can do yourself unless you patch it from the back to prevent further cracking and use a little touch up paint to "cover" it up

Easy fix...go and buy some fiberglass in a can....the one that comes with the fibers already mixed in....and some hardener (should come with it).....mix about a donut size....then slap onto the back side of the cracked area to reinforce it....spread it like butter....you gotta work FAST cuz this thing hardens in a couple minutes.
If the crack can be painted without adding fiberglass to fill in the gaps...then do it.
If it bugs the hell out of you....do the same as above....then prepare to sand like crazy cuz the dust is crazy.....you need different grades of sandpaper too....I usually start with 80 grit...then 150, then 400, 1000, 1500. and finally 2000. Primer it and then fine sand again....Now its ready to paint.
Good luck.

to really fix it, you actually have to cut it out to make a bigger hole so you can really put in new fg layers, then a lot of sanding, and then bondo, and more sanding, prime, etc....
filling the back to reinforce it is a good starting point, but that won't fix the problem in teh front. you can probably sand it down and put on some bondo like that, but unless done carefully, a lot of times when you paint it you will start seeing the crack again very easily, especially when it's exposed to heat and cold. that's why the real RIGHT way is to "damage" it more and put on real layers of fg
