SELOC/Clublexus members win big again at NOPI Nationals!
These guys are shy! I played almost no role this year and the show still went on! Amy and Morris and Jaime really stepped up. I got to meet Automan and see his spectucular GS.
I don't have ALL the specifics but
3rd place dyno in the ENTIRE NOPI show, goes to MORRIS and his turbo GS 400!! Can you say 480hp TO THE WHEELS!?!??! TO THE WHEELS!!!
This is an unprecedented Lexus win, first place was a Viper!
1st place GS Jaime and Automan in their respective classes.
2nd place went to Tony.
Our SELOC member Slim toop home 1st for his TransAm. We also grouped up with our Stealth/3000GT cousins (GA3S) and they took home tons of awards too.
Way to go everyone!!

Thanks everybody, those of you that have been following this car no how long and hard the road was.
Heck last year the car broke some rings a week before NOPI and I was unable to make it. This year I have a leaky turbo and bad bearings but I wasnt about to miss NOPI or Lexfest so I am just going to hold off rebuilding the Turbo untill October. So dont talk about the smoke from the exhaust. 
This was my first time ever winning anything with the car so I am very excited about it. Then on top of that to do it at the NOPI Nationals was just crazy.
I was beat by a viper putting down somewhere around 580 and the second place finisher was around 540 it was a transam. Both have much more in terms of cubic inches than the 1uz.
My pulls were made at 17psi and a rich 11.5 AFR.
I will also throw up a photo.
PS the actual number was 448.5, I am not sure where the other number came from.

Morris I got a chance to check out the car at Nopi, car looks great, numbers are very impressive!!!! Cant go wrong, FI on a GS...Me like a lot!!! Maybe one day in the very near future, I will be a part of the gang!!!!
