Question GS300 or GS430???

i'm trying to help a friend decide on which 2nd gen to choose. either the '01-'05 GS300 or GS430. car will be more a daily driver, with cosmetics more than any other mod. i was tryin to help him and seeing that since he's commuting more than anything with it, i first looked at the mpg on both...and they are roughly the same.

the only bigger advantage i can see between the two is that the v8 430 has the torque and that can win over many. but then again, i am not to familiar with suspension mods being as available for the 430 as there are so many for the 300. are the 300 and 430 suspension parts the same/interchangable???

interior they are pretty much the same...maybe couple changes here and their but nothing drastic..what do u all think???

both cars are virtually the same. The only major difference is the engine/tranny itself. The suspension are the same.

There is no E-shift on the GS430, but the GS300 has it.

I placed a biased vote, 430 all the way.

Gs430 for sure it's much smoother, and more hp/trq. Mod parts are about the same.

Seems like a no brainer to choose the 430 if he is not planning on doing any FI.
