I just picked up a 99 Black GS 400 with 79k on it. I just wanted to say hi and I can't wait to start modding. I paid $15.5 plus tax and licensing. What should the first mod be? Rims? Teins?

Congrats!
Take your time before you jump right into modding... look at a lot of the rides here on CL and figure out what you want the goal of your car to be. I've had my GS a long time (since 99) and it's gone through many iterations... four sets of wheels, three sets of brake upgrades, intakes then superchargers, two bodykits, springs/shocks then coilovers, etc.
Do it right the first time.

I just plan to do some wheels, exhuast, some very minor body work, and sprints and some light suspension. I had an accord where I went all out and it ended up like a piece of ****. Stuff breaks down all the time so with this one I want to leave most of it stock and not to go overboard.
