Default Someone please update the Official Lexus Website

I can't stand it, you would think some new photos for the 2002 GS would be added, even if it virtually the same car as last year's model. But no, it's all the same as last year so far.

The photos on the official website, really don't do the car justice. There maybe one or 2 of them that look good, but the rest are just the same old same old.

Check out BMW's website and it's one of the best I have ever seen from building your vehicle to viewing the Gallery.

Lexus, please update your website and give it some more excitement. Maybe they are concentrating too much on the new ES and the IS.

I have finished venting.

Thumbs down They can't even update to my new GS

While we're venting about the crappy Lexus site.

I let my leased GS 400 go in June and got a GS 430 in August. Lexus is unable to update the owners site to replace the GS400 with the GS430. I've spoken to customer service several times and "they're working on it". Am I the only owner who's tried to register successive Lexus vehicles on the site?

Their solution was for me to use another e-mail address since they couldn't disconnect the old GS from my e-mail address. My solution is to write off the site as a POS.

TALK ABOUT LAME!!

I have a feeling that some members of clublexus.com that have web skills can put up a better site then the pretty crap we are seeing now on the lexus.com site.

Try building your Lexus Vehicle on this site and it's just a joke, since it leaves off some of the major options and the car looks horrible in this section of the site.

Build a car on the BMW site and you have details, photos changing (even showing the upgraded rims on the sports package). The car looks sweet on the website. Too bad BMW can't built a reliable car at the same time! ;-)

Time to UPDATE!

Maybe I should get hired to work at Lexus and help them build out their Internet architecture. Imagine what could be done with some resources.......

If anyone from Lexus wants to contact me please do so. I have a ton of practical ideas in upgrading lexus.com

Default I agree...

I agree to some extent about the website. In my opinion the website doesn't look as "sophisticated" as it should. And in regards to your comments on the GS photo gallery, they should put some of these pictures...pictures taken from UK site

Default Now Check out the BMW Photo

HOLY CRAP! BMW Websites Exterior Color Photo also shows the optional sports package rims. You can view it from the side, front and rear. BMW has a great website to show off their cars. I still don't want to get one, but the website is superior and really well thought out. Lexus still reigns superior in product, but not in website design.

Default Only Decent Image from the Lexus US Website

This photo is what made me want to get this car. The best and probably the only good one they posted on the website.

You would think the GS430 is an all Terrain Vehicle based on the road they took the picture on. Do you think it would be safe driving about 100 miles an hour on that dirt road

Yeah the lexus U.S. website is lacking . I like the japanese site alot better . It has rocking music while you pick options on your car . Kinda like the L-tuned website .

Now if only i could read japanese .

Default Here's some more....

Here's some more pictures, not of the GS, but of the LS that I thought looked pretty nice. I think as far as looks good, the new infiniti website is one of the best.
