Dude the problem is your evaporator or condenser in short the Lexus Dealer charges $1900,just to get to the part out and plus the cost of the piece to replace,in short this fixed done right is around $3000.00 if not don't run your A/C or get creative with some JBL lube under plastic which is dripping good luck with that tight area trying to patch it up

5.Moonroof Drain Clogged
+ Fill a cup of water and place it in the Moonroom Drain
+ It should flow out underneath behind the front tire.
+ Check if it is leaking in the car.
+ If it is use compressed air to blow the debri out of the drain.
+ Video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5-JE2Isu0qs
Clogged moonroof drain seems to be the likely culprit. This is a common problem on Toyota vehicles. Last months 'Motor' magazine has an article with diagrams about this very problem and how to remedy it. I will see if I can get a snap shot of the article and post it up.

Bumping this to the top. Any other insight here? Looks like I may need to use some vacation time and tear the whole damn car apart
