Hey AJ, I wonder if the culprit was my next door neighbor who we found passed out drunk on our driveway over the weekend. Sorry about the hit guy.
It's the chance we all take when we drive and park or vehicles in public places. I have the luxury to park my car in my driveway or garage but we gotta go places with our cars. My sister-in-law has boycotted Shop-Rite since she feels that they are liable for her LS430 getting dinged by a shopping cart.

Car is done 
got it fixed for 250 $ including a crack in my front bumper , im so happy 
thank you all for the support 
PS.lil white dots aren't chips , just dust and stuff
