I feel your pain, too. Just a couple of weeks ago I had a similar incident where someone backed into the same location on my Vertex rear bumper. Like you they left nothing but damage to my bumper ( happened in a Sports Authority parking lot ). I've been reluctant to even take it in ( not wanting to feel the pain of the price to fix ), but your fix/price is encouraging, so I'll have to get down to my bodyshop soon.
