I'm really interested in this roof spoiler now. Besides getting the spoiler primed and then painted, I saw an auction saying that all you have to do to install is use 3M double-sided tape. Between the elements, wind, car washes, has the spolier remain intact? Should the tape alone be good enough or would something else be used.

Yes, the 3M tape should be enough, some people polyurethane it so it's permanent. I wanted to be able to remove it later if I choose to do so; therefore, I went the 3M route. I've taken my car through car washes automated (touchless) and detailed and never had any problems. It's your choice though. Oh, I've also pulled 125 a few times since I had it installed and it hasn't given me a problem with wind.
Hey, just so you guys know the price on this roof spoiler is back down to $99 + $35 shipping if anybody is interested or looking for a pretty nice roof spoiler.
