Not yet. I'll be putting the tipless mufflers on the car this weekend, and once the mufflers are on, I'll put the tips on.

They are interchangeable. I'm taking off the exhaust that's currently on my car (L-tuned), and putting back on the stock 98-00 exhaust. I removed the old tips from the old exhaust and am replacing them with the new 01+ tips. The stock exhaust is currently tipless, but I am waiting until the stock exhaust is back on the car before I put the new tips on.

By the way, in case anyone was wondering, the stock tips are dummy proof. The have a small notch cut out of the back bottom of the tip which lines up exactly with a small protrusion of metal that comes off the bottom of the exhaust pipe. You just need to slide the tip onto the exhaust pipe until the small protrusion of metal on the exhaust pipe slides into the notch on the bottom of the tip.

any reason you're getting rid of the L-tuned mufflers?

Has anyone ever tried fitting the SC430 tips to the GS. I have both, and curious if the SC430 tips will look hot on a GS. They are nicer I think.Thanks.

Hey e-man, I was looking into this and went to check the tips on my exhaust to see if this is something I would consider doing and noticed my left exhaust tip was missing Do you still have the old one, I just need the left side. PM me if you want to sell. Thanks.
