Default stock cd changer to aftermarket headunit

i have a 1999 gs 300, i also have a pioneer premier deh-670mp headunit that im may install . im wondering if a will be able to connect the cd changer in the glove box to the new headunit and how. thanks

Not that im aware. I dont think the stock cd changer will work with anything aftermarket...

It wont work....but i seem to recall an old post on here, or another L-forum, that the oem-changers can be modified to mate with Pioneers models with IP-bus. (They have the letter "P" i their modelname) But this was, as i understood it, not anything you would want to do yourself

a guy by the name of ""lexusaudio" says he can help you modify your stock cd changer to work with an aftermarket pioneer deck. give him a PM!
