Let me make clear, the fenders have not been replaced, only repainted (i goofed earlier)

but the hood, bumper and radiator have been replaced.

texasGS, youre thinking like i'm thinking, minus the mods...but i WOULD do engine mods on it, since its not 'in pristine' condition.

my point is if i can get a good enough deal, ill get it.

BTW I'm plano East class of '98, i grew up in plano.

the dealer ran carfax and told me it only said 'minor accident' but I havent seen it yet. personally, carfax seems pretty worthless to me. Its just a database of state records, and dealership records.

respectfully disagree with you there. carfax isnt the gospel by any means, but there is a LOT of useful info to be had. i wouldnt buy a car without seeing a carfax first.
