And here's a close up. Shouldn't it look just like the 01+ stock exhaust? I think the stock exhaust is more tucked, right?

The 01+ tips should stick out more than the 98-00. Also, the hanger is probably worn out. I used zipties for my exhaust and now it's perfectly aligned in the center

How do you think the right side looks? Is a 2-finger gap between the top of the tip and the bumper correct?

The hangers are still tight as could be. All I did was put new tips on stock exhaust. I guess I could use zip ties to hoist it up a bit.

Maybe someone with a GS430 and stock exhaust could post up some pix. I'm pretty sure the tips fit more snugly under the bumper than 2 fingers.

I thought it would look much more different, when I saw the pics of the the 430's tips and the 400's the 400's looked dinky. Do you have any before shots???

I found this on ebay:

Does look like they sag down a bit after looking at the pic.

Interesting. So maybe it's just my left one that's off a bit.

Kind of hard to see because of the lighting, but these were my stock 01 GS430 tips

the same thing happened to me when i was putting on my tanabe's they didnt look right.. although when i lifted the car i realized that there are two rubber hangers for the exhaust and i only hung it up on one of them.. hopefully its a small and quick fix..
