Default Strut bar

Anyone ever used the STB(strut tower bar) from "lextasy.com". Are they any good or should I stick with Carson, RMM, TRD, Tein, etc.

I can't really speak on behalf of the Lextasy strut bar, but I think the majority here would tell you to stick to the better known products. Check out Carson's website, there a great source and a sponsor of this site. You could also do a search and get peoples feedback on some of the bars you are interested in. I personally have the TRD, and is has performed well for me.

The bars are somewhat similar to the Teins. The Teins (rear stb) are also a lot cheaper: Tein $115 (discount price) vs. Lextasy $210.

I have a Lextasy rear stb on my car that I bought for a reasonable amount of money. For the front I have the TRD one. Although I think only the 98-00 GS400 can pull the TRD stb off without the removal of the engine cover.

Default lextasy

I just bought a set, front and rear from a member here for a GREAT price!!

I've put them on and they seem fine, If I had not gotten such a great deal, I think I would have bought some other ones.

They seem to work just fine, I had to take my engine cover off due to clearence issues.
