Your best bet is to do a search. There are quite a few threads on that topic. I'm a former ES owner (a 1999 Gold Coach Edition to be exact). It's a great car. Very good daily driver, but I couldn't do the things I'm doing with my GS. I was very happy when I made the switch. It's a great move on your part. One piece of advice though, if you want power go for the GS4xx unless you plan to boost the GS3. I'm always saying damn I should have gotten a 2k GS4, but I'm still happy with my car nonetheless. Can't go wrong with a GS.

GS 300 = 220 HP 225 TQ
GS 400 = 300 HP 310 TQ
GS 430 = 300 HP 325 TQ
Not sure about the stock 1/4 times, I'm sure if you conduct a search you will find it. I believe the GS400/430 0-60 times are around 5.7 - 5.8 seconds. Not sure on the GS300 0-60.

430's have different gearing then the 400's so in turn I believe the 430's have more torque...I could be wrong.
