Default Squeak?

It's been raining for like two days do I didnt' drive my GS 400, then when I started her up, there was a squeaking noise from the engine. Could it possible be my serpentine belt?

could be belt or the tensioner pulley bearing. if it goes away after 30 seconds or so, it's probably the belt.

how many miles?

all you do is release pressure on tensioner pulley and it slides right off. search and you'll find a few threads about it.
