90+ % of the time it's installer error so . . .
First step is to go back and put the stockies back in and verify everything still works properly. Verify Driving light, brake light, inners & outers, left right, etc.
Second step, Install one tail at a time and install one wire harness at a time and verify all is ok, before going to the next harness plug.
The other issue that comes up is the plug on some tails can cause an intermittent connection that may require several trys including flipping the connection 180 degrees. So between swapping left, right wrong, a blown fuse, an intermittent connection requiring re-insertion or flipping or LASTLY a defective tail. How will you know which problem you have??
Be scientific and go step by step or you could take a LOT longer to find out where the problem is. Eliminate the guessing and go through a systematic process of elimination.
Let us know wat you find out.
Good Luck

RMMGS4 I dont have my original taillights anymore so I cant go back and check that part out but I will take your advice and go back and unplug and work one head light at at time and mess with the plugs if this works im buying you a 12 pack.

I took your advice RMMGS4 I did process of elimination. I narrowed my problem down its not the tail lights their fine its the Green and white wire (Brake lights) its not giving power when the brake is pressed. I tested the wire underneath the steering wheel on top of the brake pedal and it does what it's suppost its stays a ground until the brake pedal is pressed then it gives out a hot reading. However at the harness at the rear of the car it just stays a ground not getting power theirs either a break in the wire somewhere or I have a bad relay. Anybody have any ideas? or a wiring diagram I can look at to try to figure this out. My break lights dont light up because the brake wire Green white isn't getting power to the rear tail lights.
