I just picked up my new GS300. Love the car!
Question- It came with daytime running lights, I HATE them!
What can I do to get rid of them?

Your DRL's and your high beams are the same bulb so you can't really unhook them. If there was a way to disable the DRL's and still keep the high beams I would do it. I took the fuse out for the DRL's but then my highs didn't work.

disabling DRLs
There is a current limiting resister pak in the engine compartment just forward and just to the outside of the brake cylinder, labelled Caution hot surface, just unplug the connector at the resister pak.
