Nice! I wish they would bring the TT Aristo State-side, but I understand why that will not happen anytime soon.

I would also like to get my hands on one of those and take it to The Netherlands.
Than I can go to the Autobahn and kick some German butt.

v300 is basically a GS with the 2JZ-GTE engine found in Supra TTs. Twin Turbo 3.0 liter inline six producing 280ps. However the good thing about it is the modability (hahhaha mod-ability). Like how Supras can get about 400rwhp with a decent amount of mods, so can the Aristo v300.

Price....... in Japan a v300 costs about the same as a well-equipped GS300 in US........... damn it!

They're not sold here. It's got a 4-speed auto with E-Shift (don't underestimate that 4-speed auto...... it can take more power than you think). If you're to import one it might cost ALOT, maybe as much as a GT-R (90,000~100,00 USD for a new one......)

You're better off doing the engine swap. Might cost you like 20k or so. Maybe less.

I don't have a v300. I wish I do.

v300 has a v300 (haha).

Globe, I'm a little slow, is yours a US-spec GS3 with 2JZ-GTE engine swap or JPN-spec Aristo with 2JZ-GTE engine swap. How much more does importing a JPN-spec Aristo (just 2JZ-GE) cost vs. buying a US-spec GS3? Also, don't wish yours had come with turbo. I mean you can wish if you want, but I would have been too happy for words if I could have just a stock Aristo VE. You are truly lucky to have such an AWESOME car...I can only dream that I'll have something like it one day...By the way, what's your 0-60?

I have a GS300 like everyone else! hahaha I just like to call my car Aristo S300.

JPN-spec Aristo v300s don't need engine swap, it's got the 2JZ-GTE standard.

Japanese Aristo S300 and US Lexus GS300 is pretty much the same that's why I call my GS300 Aristo S300 just to be unique.

I've sat in a real v300 before in Japan. Very cool experience, but that's before I got my GS so I wasn't paying too much attention.

My 0-60 is between 7.0 ~ 8.0 hahahaha

Its good to be unique. You must have spent a lot of time converting the badges and other parts to be able to call your car Aristo S300. Cool man.

Default still tinkering

... I have stressed this over and over again... it ain't cheap to convert a GS300 into a V300. Yeah, the engine and tranny bolts right in. However, you have to worry about other things like oil return, tranny cooler, intercooler piping (the freakin' GReddy FMIC is missing one u-joint), driveshaft was a complete b_tch, and the heater core and A/C line has to be modded and relocated.

I have another interesting one... I have the engine+single T04R (w/ custom turbine housing)+rebuilt 4-speed tranny from Level10 in the chasis... Guess what... freakin' Level10 castrated the tranny by half a freakin' inch and now the driveshaft needs to be lengthened. ARGH!!!!

For a good engine+tranny+ecu+wiring harness expect to pay around $8500-$10,000. The GReddy FMIC is like $1500. Additional fuel line (I went -6) and Aristo/Supra pump is like $340 pluintercooler. I suggest you get a boost controller (EVC-IV or Blitz SBC-ID) $400-$500, turbo timer $100-$150, HKS Twin-Power $450-$500, -7or-8 cold range spark plugs... you'll be looking at a 434 hp at the wheel no problem... just don't set the boost past 1.3 (on scramble boost... 1.2 bar is safe) or bye-bye ceramic-wheel turbo #2.
