ok i found me a gs but...how much?

ok i found me a white gs 400 with 102000 miles. the thing is..the 90k (or was it 100K) tune up.serivce thing is not done..so what im wondering is, how much is that going to cost me? so i can bring that in when i negoate with him for the price of the car. thanks.
