Shaved INNER Tail Lights??

There's someone here on the forum that has done it. Just do a search and you should be able to find pix of his car. It's really not too hard in terms of actual work. Fiberglass or put some kind of filler in the spot where the inner tails are. Smooth everything down around the area and repaint the whole trunk lid. You should be good to go after that.

Thanks guys,
Yeah I was thinking about the flushed look but i was wondering more regarding the wiring as in disconnecting the lights-is this even necessary-and if the car would have a constant warning light telling me the tails are out? i guess i could just leave the lights on or get the inserts and bondo on top of it but i would feel kinda weird with the tailiights still burning away in there :P
