tmf - thanks for the compliments - actually they're not dark yellow enough. i have a set of 3000k bulbs coming in next week. i'll take photos when i swap them out.

Cliffud, don't your high beams turn off your low beams the way you have it set up? I have it set up so I have 6 bulbs firing forward when I hit the high beams

Either way, I love the yellow HID fog. The color is just so bright and intense, people from far away can't mistake it for anything else but a Lexus. My setup is actually 8000K HID kit in a yellow foglight housings. It's still a very nice color and light output.

jeff- you're right. when my high beams go on, the low beams go off and the fogs stay on.

also - the yellow in the pics looks too dark compared to what it looks like in person. i think the real output is more akin to the european grand touring yellow lights that the cars use at night.

are they d2s bulbs or rebased 9006 bulbs? i want to see a comparison between 3000k hid through the yellow fogs and 3000k hid through the clear fogs.
