I am planning to get a Lexus but not sure which one is better for the money spent.

Should I get a CPO from Lexus Dealer or buy from either private party or dealer that is still under factory warranty and pay extra for the extended warranty before the original warranty expires ( if we can do that ).

What are the pros and cons for them.

factory 4/50 is the best. I think even when you "extend" the factory warranty, you still don't have the same exact as factory 4/50. the warranty companies just charge less to cover it if you buy while the 4/50 is active.
