Guys,
I have a 2003 GS300. Still under the original warranty. If I feel there is a problem with the suspension or if I hear a noise... will the dealer still charge me to diagnose the problem or because the car is under warranty, there will be no charge? Car is bone stock.
Thanks.

There will be an initial estimate to look at the problem. However, if the problem is diagnosed to be something that should be covered under warranty, that charge will be waived.

The dealership has to pay the tech (labor) and recover parts cost. The issue at times is who pays for them ... the manufacturer (warranty work) or the customer.
Usually the determination is done after diagnosis and the service writer would let you know in advance (hopefully) that in the event the diagnosis_labor does not lead to warranty work, the customer will be liable. On the other hand for things which can be attributed to warranty work (failed starter etc) the question never rises.

they don't charge you a penny while under 5year/50k warranty. most dealers will fix anything you can find wrong.
the worst you will get is a work order that says your complaint and then says "tech rode with customer, could not duplicate"

For some reason my front drivers side wheel is making contact (rubbing) with the plastic fender liner. If I make a hard left turn, if I exit a driveway, or if there is a dip on the road going highway speeds. It's hitting in 2 different spots and Lexus could not find anything wrong, they ordered a new fender liner for the car, but obviously something is causing this to happen. Everything is within spec (including tires) and the ride height is correct. They did not charge me a dime... I brought the car in for an oil change and to have the rubbing problem looked at...
