Nav update for 99 GS???

Nav update for 99 GS???
Hi there, I thought I heard a couple of months ago that they had finally come out with an updated NAV version, even for us old lexus' that use the hard drive version. I asked for it for Christmas and my husband said that when he went to the Lexus dealership they said they didn't have an update for a '99 Lexus, only the DVDs. I swear I got an email about an update sometime around September or October.
