The auto-tilt steering wheel feature is a C-best setting. You need to take it to the dealer to have them turn it off. They basically plug in one of their computers to your car's computer that controls this and other features. It takes about 30 seconds, if that. Some dealers charge for this, although some do not (like mine). Hope this helps.

Correct. Dealer is the only one that can turn it off.

Welcome to CLublexus and hello!

Teach me the name of the computer or the name of the software.

I don't know that answer. The dealers here in the U.S. have a special portable computer that they simply plug into the car. Are there any Lexus dealers in Japan or does the brand not exist there? Can you call a Toyota dealer? They might know. Then again, if Lexus is not sold in Japan, they probably aren't authorized or trained to work on the cars.

Dear e-man

Thank you for the answer.

I am sorry.
Work was hard, and became late.

Japanese GS300 (ARISTO) uses the computer of the name of "S2000".
Establishment can't be changed with "S2000" in the case of GS300.

I live in Wakayama Japan.
It is near Osaka.

Thank you very much.

Default Solve Problem

So near but yet so far. Will be heading down to Tokyo tomorrow for the Sumo tournament. I need to make one more trip down to Osaka before I leave.
But to address your problem. I spoke to the Toyota Dealer in Amori and you can take it to your nearest Toyota dealer that services Aristo's and they can program it for you.
