I'm wondering whether anyone has had the ST003R-98 Steering Vibration/Flutter Tech Service Bulletin performed on their car? What does the dealer do when they perform this TSB (new steering rack?) and did it work? I have a steering wheel flutter or wobble that gets progressively worse as speed increases. I've tried the road force variance balance on my new 18" tires but it does not seam to help.

Any input would be appreciated.
