Hi guys! I have 98 GS400....completely stock! I would like to lower it with a nice set of springs that can still have the stock feel (or come close to it). Also...how low can I lower it without cambering? Tires are expensive. Thanks for your suggestions and opinions!
I'm trying to get my car off stock height myself but i am to afraid of going lower than 1 inch. So i am getting the Ltuned springs for my car. Ride quality is not as bad and they are pretty cheap too.
So that is one option.
Guys, I'm leaning more towards a Bilstein/Tanabe DF210 setup for this spring or summer which I believe gives me 1.6 to 1.8 drop. However, should I be concerned about any sort of rubbing when I put back my stock wheels (17's) and tires for winter???
correction: the nf210 drops are 1.5 front and 1.0 rear, rides real good and no rubbing issues that i know of.
rear is sitting a little low, had some heavy equipment in the trunk...
