I wouldn't let those clowns even put washer fluid in my GS. It only goes to the dealer for oil changes & my Lexus master tech for any service. (side jobs - hehehe)

I've used "Express Lube" or whatever the heck is called for about 3 years now, mostly because I don't have a garage to work on my car every weekend, but they ONLY change my oil and that's it. I work on my own car or my friend who works at a dealer (non Lexus/Toyota) but I trust his work.

You know to replace the drive belt no screws get loosened or removed, and he SCREWED that up. Who's to say that while the guys making your Iced Coffee he doesn't forget the filter or to tighten the drain plug. Maybe a cup of oil in your coffee and coffee in your oil.
I'd find a new place for services.
