Its not a complete but an "almost complete". It wouldve costed him another $400 to do the roof, but it didn't need it. This car was hacked to death and the previous owner painted everything except the roof and you could tell. The paint was really bad. We filled his chips on the front hood and painted everything except the roof. We still need to do a couple things to the car (like the window chrome) but he needed to take it back because the rental was do back. It will be complete. We actually allowed Lil S to make payments because he's a good kid and still in school. That and because he's like our little brother now
